Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak

“Lighter, more powerful and more reliable” than the previous generation of twin-cylinder engines, Ducati’s Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak has the V4 Granturismo engine which has a displacement of 1158cc and delivers an impressive 179hp at 10,500 rpm and 125 Nm at 8,750 rpm.
Style-wise, there’s a new “Pikes Peak” livery, which is inspired by the colours and graphics of the Desmosedici GP ’21. There’s a sporty riding position, two-tone passenger seat which features the “V4” logo, and components are made of carbon fibre and there’s a low dark-smoked windshield.  Other new additions include a single-sided swingarm and smaller 17-inch front wheel with lightened Marchesini aluminium forged rims.

The V4 Pikes Peak is the first Multistrada in history to be equipped with electronic Smart EC 2.0 Öhlins suspension. An advanced system that allows an “event based” adjustment according to the rider’s riding style, Smart EC 2.0 Öhlins suspension is usually found on Ducati supersport bikes. On the new Pikes Peak, this suspension is combined for the first time with Riding Mode Race.

The Pikes Peak’s safety equipment includes Riding Modes, Power Modes, ABS Cornering, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Wheelie Control, Daytime Running Light, Ducati Cornering Light, Ducati Brake Light, Vehicle Hold Control, Blind Spot Detection. The TFT dash is the same new TFT that was first featured on the 2021 Multistrada V4S and VS Sport – Speedo Angels Pikes Peak screen protectors are available in PET plastic, Nano Glass or premium tempered glass.

In UK dealers in December, the V4 Pikes Peak will set you back a cool £24,595.
